There is however, another possibility. We've got a wonderful fat Webserver running on this BBS, along with a waste FTP-Filebase, and a Gopher of course. So why not connect via TCP/IP, as long as the BBS is on the net? Some hours a day, the Golden Apple is on the Net, with ever-changing IP-address. As soon the Golden Apple goes onto the net, the actual IP-Address gets published below. If you can't reach us by clicking on the below URLs, we're not anymore on the net, but the address stays where it was, until we come back, in that case, it will change, and you will have to reload the page. Chances we're on the net are solely between 17.00 to 19.00 MET and 21.00 to 05.00 MET. If you try to connect at such a time, and you can't reach us, try using your Pineal Gland to contact us to connect us.

A small note to Macintosh users: As you might have understood, The Golden Apple has nothing to do with your Computers. The Golden Apple BBS also doesn't. In fact, the same applies to DOS users. The Golden Apple has nothing to do with that neither. Oh, yes, I forgot to mention, it runs on a Linux System. This is because Linux is the only operating system which is having a Slack(tm)ware distribution. Praise Bob for the invention of that.
